By registering for, attending, or using any Kithwell service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

To participate in our programmes, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under Thai law. By submitting an enquiry or registration, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Kithwell provides general education, peer community, and organisational tools for families in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current offerings include:

• Community Support Groups — facilitated peer group sessions for families to share experiences in a supportive environment.
• Parenting Information Sessions — general educational sessions covering routines, communication, and everyday family organisation.
• Family Records Organisation Tools — templates and folder systems to help families manage shared records and contacts.

Our services are general in nature and are not substitutes for advice from qualified professionals. Service availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

When using Kithwell's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or making an enquiry.
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect in all shared spaces and sessions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in group settings.
• Use templates, materials, and tools provided by Kithwell for personal family use only.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent from Kithwell.
• Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.

The following activities are not permitted:

• Using our services to promote or solicit commercial products or services to other participants.
• Sharing another participant's personal information outside of the session context.
• Misrepresenting your identity or circumstances during registration.
• Using our resources for any purpose that is unlawful under Thai law.

All content, templates, session guides, and materials provided by Kithwell remain the intellectual property of Kithwell. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of this content to users.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials provided through our services for your personal family use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any Kithwell materials without our written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.

Service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your place in a programme. Kithwell accepts payment via methods communicated at the time of booking.

Fees for our programmes are as follows:

• Community Support Groups — ฿3,400
• Parenting Information Sessions — ฿20,500
• Family Records Organisation Tools — ฿33,500

Cancellations made more than five business days prior to a session may be eligible for a credit towards a future session, at Kithwell's discretion. Fees paid are generally non-refundable once a session has commenced.

Kithwell reserves the right to adjust pricing for future sessions. Any changes will be communicated before booking is accepted.

Community Support Groups: Sessions are facilitated by trained staff and follow a structured peer-sharing format. Group settings rely on participant goodwill and mutual respect. Kithwell does not direct participants regarding personal decisions.

Parenting Information Sessions: Content is educational and informational. Sessions cover broad topics related to routines, communication, and organisation. The information shared is general and not tailored to individual circumstances.

Family Records Organisation Tools: Templates and folder systems are provided as practical aids. Users are responsible for verifying the suitability of these tools for their particular situation. Kithwell does not store or manage family records on behalf of users.

Session schedules, locations, and formats may be updated. Participants will be notified of any changes within a reasonable timeframe.

Kithwell's services are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We do not offer professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice — and nothing shared through our programmes should be construed as such.

We make no representations about specific outcomes arising from participation in our programmes. Individual experiences vary, and Kithwell cannot and does not promise particular results.

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we reserve the right to make changes to programme content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kithwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in our programmes or your use of our resources.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to events affecting venue access, public health measures, or other force majeure situations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kithwell, its staff, and facilitators harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our services.

Either party may end participation in a Kithwell programme at any time. Kithwell reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, access to any session-specific materials provided by Kithwell may cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage users to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally. Please reach out to us at [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kithwell regarding your use of our services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Kithwell may transfer its rights in connection with a business reorganisation.

Kithwell may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered participants by email.

Continuing to use our services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
