Pornpan Sangthong
Bangkok, mother of two
"I joined the support group not really knowing what to expect. What I found was a small group of people dealing with similar things, and a facilitator who kept things from getting too heavy without dismissing anything. I've been back three times now."

Michael Kannigan
Silom, expatriate father
"The parenting information sessions covered ground I wasn't expecting — less about 'how to parent correctly' and more about the different ways families navigate the same situations. I took about half the approaches and left the rest. That felt about right."
Parenting Info Sessions — May 2025
Wanpen Charoenwong
Bang Rak, single parent
"I got the records organisation kit because I was spending too much time looking for documents that should have been easy to find. The onboarding session made it simple. Two months later, the folder is still in use and my daughter has started using it too."

Anong Thamrongsak
Sathon, grandmother
"My daughter encouraged me to come along to the support group with her. I wasn't sure it would be relevant at my stage of life. It was. The conversations were very grounded — nobody pretended things were simpler than they are."

Rachel Naidoo
Sukhumvit, mother & working professional
"The information sessions are well-paced and the handouts are actually useful — not just a printout of the slides. I've referenced them a few times since. The pricing was clear before I signed up, which mattered to me."
Parenting Info Sessions — June 2025
Krit Phornpibul
Bang Rak, father of three
"We've had three children's school records, medical summaries, and household contacts all in different places for years. The records kit took one afternoon to set up and has saved us a lot of hunting around since. Solid value."

Case Studies
A closer look at how individual families worked through specific situations with Kithwell support.
Reconnecting After a Busy Period
The Situation
A Bangkok family of four had gone through a period of long working hours and school transitions. Communication between family members had become mainly logistical, and they felt they had lost some of the social ease they previously had.
What They Used
They joined a support group cycle and, separately, attended two of the parenting information sessions. The support group gave them a shared experience outside the house; the information sessions gave them some conversation starting points they found useful.
After Six Weeks
They described having more regular evening conversations as a family, and both parents said the support group in particular had helped them feel less isolated during a demanding period. They have since referred two other families to Kithwell.
Getting Household Records Under Control
The Situation
An expatriate couple with two school-age children and ageing parents abroad found that managing documents across multiple households and languages had become genuinely difficult. Important papers were often in the wrong place or unavailable when needed.
What They Used
They took the family records organisation toolkit, with a particular focus on the international contacts and emergency reference sections. The onboarding session was conducted at their home in Sukhumvit at a time that suited them.
After Three Months
They reported using the folder system regularly, with both parents able to locate any document within a few minutes. They found the bilingual labelling particularly useful when sharing information with Thai-speaking contacts.
